Our program draws on key aspects of weightlifting, gymnastics and high intensity cardio workouts to deliver a program that will develop your strength, power, speed, agility, coordination and overall ability to live a healthy and active lifestyle.

We specifically specialise in Olympic Weightlifting and are affiliated to Queensland Weightlifting Association and Australian Weightlifting Federation and can support you to develop your weightlifting techniques and abilities to competition level, even as far as the Olympics.

I need to pass a physical: Come and talk to us about your requirements and we can either tailor a program specifically for you in one of our individual personal training sessions or a group session if there is more than one of you or you might even find that our general programming is more than enough to satisfy the requirements of your physical.
