Our main classes which focus on strength and conditioning.
Includes barbell exercises, kettlebells, climbing ropes, dumbbells and metabolic conditioning workouts to get you strong, fit and lose body fat.
Exercises can be scaled up or down making this class perfect for any fitness level.

Barbell Club
An Olympic Weightlifting specific program for those who are looking to improve their Snatch and Clean & Jerk technique.
You must be a registered member of the QWA to attend these sessions.
Opportunities to compete in QWA and AWF sanctioned Weightlifting competitions.
Costs an extra $40pm on top of regular membership fees.

Open gym session. Come and lift some weights or practice your skills in the studio. Sessions run for 1 hour. No training or supervision provided. Bookings essential.
